I am back and this time super excited to share the review of the newly launched Sugar Cosmetics Blend The Rules Eyeshadow Palette 01 Vogue. So, few days back Sugar Cosmetics had launched 2 eye shadow palettes(a day version named 01 Vogue and a night version named 02 Firework) and 18 quads, which includes same shades from the above two palettes but in different combinations. I was drooling over this palette ever since it was launched. The palette contains 10 colours. It is a  neutral toned palette comprising mostly neutral shades. There are 5 matte colours and 5 shimmer colours.The matte ones have powdery texture and the shimmer have slightly cream based formula.

Packaging: The Sugar Cosmetics Blend The Rules Eyeshadow Palette 01 Vogue comes in a standard cardboard packaging which has the brand name and shade name written over it along with a girl's image. It has a magnetic closure which ensures that the product stays intact. The outer carton has a leather kind of texture which makes it look quite expensive.

The palette includes a duo ended brush with a doe tip applicator and a small brush which can be used for precise blending purpose. Also they have included a good quality mirror which is quite useful.

Ingredients(Matte): Talc, Mica, Silica, Polymethyl Methacrylate, Dimethicone, Triethoxycaprylysilane, Disostearyl Malate, Hexyl Laurate, Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Hexylene Glycol, Zinc Stearate.

Ingredients(Shimmer): Mica, Otyldodecyl stearoyl Stearate, Talc, Pentaerythrityl Tetraisostearate, Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Hexylene Glycol, Magnesium Myristate, The Oxide, Syntetic Fluorphlogopite.

Pigmentation: All the shades are very very pigmented.The matte shades have powdery formula whereas the shimmer shades have a creamy texture. They glide on super easily on your eyes and are very easy to blend.

02 - a matte mauve brown.
03 - a soft orange peach.
04 - a deep matte plum.

My Experience with the Sugar Cosmetics Blend The Rules Eyeshadow Palette 01 Vogue:

I have been using this palette for just a month and guess what I have already fell in love with it. I use the matte shades for daily day wear purpose and the glitter shades for a day party look. I often mix and match the matte and glitter shades to create a stunning look. One swipe is enough to good to go with. And believe me if you are a beginner, this palette is for you. If you have this palette, you can't go wrong. The matte shades are quite neutral and can be used as transition shades (I have use the shade no. 05 to fill in my brows)and the glitter ones can be used as a pop up colour just on the centre of the lid and also for highlighting the brow bones(06). I have used the small brush to blend my eye shadow and the doe tip applicator to apply the shimmer colours. Overall the palette turned out to be EXCELLENT.
