Maybelline Fit me Matte + Poreless Foundation in the shade 332(Golden Caramel) review

Hello everyone, hope you all are doing well. Today I am here to share my views on one of the most celebrated foundations across the globe, the Maybelline Fit me Matte+Poreless Foundation in the shade 332(Golden Caramel). So yes, this is my shade and I got my hands on it after a long wait. Believe me or not, this is the first foundation which I've bought with my own money (I was a bb cream, sunscreen type person back). So let's begin without further ado.

A flawless base is the spine of any jaw-dropping make up look. With time I'm moving towards some extra coverage and glow and thus leaving my BB Cream behind to reach out for my foundation. I was eyeing on the Maybelline Fit me Matte+poreless foundation for a long time on nykaa and have finally bought it. They have launched it in a bunch of shades which is a wow factor. But it's a major battle to choose a right shade for your skin tone online. But I took a chance and for God's grace got the right shade for myself.

Maybelline Fit me Foundation in the shade 332(Golden Caramel)

The Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless foundation claims to mattify and refine pores thus giving a natural,seamless finish. This foundation is suitable for normal to oily skin. Today I will be reviewing the shade 332 Golden Caramel.

Packaging: The Maybelline Fit me Matte+Poreless Foundation comes in a transparent glass bottle with a black screw cap. The shade name and number is mentioned at the back of the bottle as well as on the top of the cap. The packaging is travel friendly but the only issue is that it doesn't come with a pump dispenser which leads to some wastage of the product.

Price & Availability: The price of the Maybelline Fit me Matte+Poreless Foundation is Rs 500 for 30 ml. It is easily available at local departmental stores and Maybelline counters. It's also available at Nykaa.com.

Shelf Life: 30 months.

My Experience: I've normal skin with some highly pigmented areas. I usually prefer products which are neither heavy and nor look cakey on my skin. And after the launch of the fit me range, I was drooling over to grab my shade. Now frankly speaking, I am a bit late but better late than never. So my shade is 332 Golden Caramel which is one shade lighter than the darkest shade(toffee). This shade is suitable for girls with wheatish skin tone. This particular shade has a yellow undertone, which gives a natural and glowy finish to my skin.

After moisturizing and prepping my face with a decent primer, I take out the foundation on the palm of my hands and apply dots all over my face & neck with my fingers. It blends very easily with my fingers and settles into a dewy sort of matte finish. It gives medium coverage but you can easily build the coverage by applying one more layer. As I don't have an acne prone skin, I'm happy with a single coat of the foundation.

It stays on my face for good 6-7 hours with minor fading. It also hides my pores a bit. Now, as this foundation is for normal to oily skin people, it dries out the area near my mouth and the tip of my nose in the winter season. So I would highly recommend to moisturize your face well well before applying this foundation.
